Chris Winterbotham

Managing Director

Chris has over 27 years of experience covering advice and financing in relation to acquisitions and divestments of assets and projects in the energy, resources and power sectors, commercial feasibility and financing of large projects, structured finance, capital markets and interest rate & foreign exchange derivatives.

In addition to his role with Watt Efficiency, Chris is an executive director of Caldrex Capital. Prior to establishing Caldrex in 2004, Chris headed the Project, Energy & Utilities advisory group at BNP Paribas. He has also gained experience across a range of banking roles with a number of other investment banks including Macquarie Bank, Morgan Grenfell, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Barclays.

Chris has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Qld) and a Master of Applied Finance degree (Macquarie).
