Who is Watt Efficiency?
Watt Efficiency's initial focus is the delivery of operating cost savings through energy-efficient commercial lighting solutions.
The Watt Efficiency business model involves:
- Assisting our Customers to identify how they might achieve a reduction in energy costs;
- Supplying and installing high quality energy-efficient equipment that complies with all relevant Australian standards; and
- Assisting our Customers to benefit through participation in Government schemes that promote the efficient use of energy, and utilising Watt Efficiency's status as an Accredited Certificate Provider under the NSW Energy Savings Scheme.
Efficiency Assessment
The extent of potential efficiency gains and associated operating cost savings is often unrecognised by businesses as an attractive investment. Watt Efficiency assists its Customers through identifying and quantifying potential cost savings, and then assessing these projects in the context of risk, funding and IRR analysis.
Project Management
Watt Efficiency's management has a long history of successfully analysing and implementing energy efficient projects to achieve quality outcomes within agreed time frames.

Equipment Selection
Watt Efficiency selects products based on the key criteria of quality and superior value. Watt Efficiency has no allegiance to any product manufacturer, and provides its customers with a range of product alternatives to best achieve the desired outcome whilst meeting the objective of maximising project returns within a defined budget.
Project Economics
Watt Efficiency's management has a strong history in structuring project funding packages, and where required will seek to offer its commercial customers a project funding package that finances the capital cost of new equipment with the cost savings achieved through increased energy efficiency.
